University of Edinburgh Poetry Team

2016-2017

Whilst studying English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh, I helped lead the University of Edinburgh’s Poetry Team from 2016. In 2014, 2015 and 2016 we won the national competition UniSlam. 

In 2016 we went on to compete at C.U.P.S.I. in Austin, Texas as the first international team where they won the “Spirit of the Slam” Award. We also won the Hammer & Tongue National Team Slam Championships at the Royal Albert Hall in 2017.
