Rock the Boat is Push the Boat Out’s Monthly Open Mic hosted by msyelf and Julia Sorensen.

Famous for its electric je ne sais quois, we welcome poets from all genres and at any stage of their career. Whether you’re a spoken word artist looking to trial your freshest new material or a lyric poet who has yet to take to the stage for the first time, you are warmly welcome to our open mic night.

If you’re not (yet) one to read your poems for any and all ears to hear, come out to listen to some of the best and zestiest poetry Edinburgh has to offer. Pre-register for a certain spot to read or pop by on the night of to try your luck!
